Public Notice Notice is hereby given that the Port of Newport claims a lien in the amount claimed below, pursuant to ORS87.152, for the reasonable and agreed charges for labor and materials, storage or services provided at the request of the owner or lawful possessor of the following described personal property: Marion Lee plus Personal Property on board Official number: OR 415 ES Alva Smith Vessel Name: Marion Lee Last known address: 663 Homewood Road, Grants Pass, OR 97527 Security interest holder: None Amount of claim of lien: $7,547.13 I hereby certify that the Port of Newport has retained the property for at least 60 days from the date when the charges for services provided were due. Notice is hereby given that unless the lien is paid prior to the date set forth for sale below, said property will be sold to the highest bidder. The successful bidder must pay 10% of the bid price in cash, Credit Card or certified check immediately upon being declared the successful bidder. The balance of the bid price is to be paid in cash, Credit Card, or certified check within one day of offering the successful bid. The lien claimant may bid part or all of the lien amount claimed, plus storage and foreclosure sale expenses, which will be an offset against the lien amount. Minimum bid is $3,516.08.
