The yellow line represents the boarders of Lincoln County, which extend above Lincoln City in the north, below Yachats in the south, and east to mid-way between Toledo and Corvallis. The red line and pink shading represent the borders of the Port district, which extend above Otter Rock in the north, below Seal Rock in the south, and halfway between Newport and Toledo in the east. The map was prepared by Oregon Cascades West Council of Governments in July 2015.
