Commercial Marina Rates and Fees

A.  Moorage Per Foot

Transient (Daily) - $0.88

Weekly - $5.60

Monthly - $15.96

Semi Annual - $57.95

Annual - $77.27 (Due to high occupancy, annual moorages may not be available. Contact the Wharfinger for availability)

B. Service Docks.

Per day, per linear foot

1. Swede’s Dock. In addition to moorage. (2X Moorage) - $1.76

C.  Parking Permits

Commercial Fisherman only

Annual - $100 (valid Jan. through Dec.)

Monthly - $25 (no prorating)

D.  Forklift

Forklift and Labor have a 1/2 hour minimum, are billed in 1/2 increments the first hour, thereafter are billed in 15 minute increments. For after hours work, travel time and/or overtime charges may apply

1. Small Forklift (equipment only) - $17.77

2. Small Forklift straight Time with Labor - $92.52

3. Small Forklift OT rate with Labor - $134.00

4. Labor for Small forklift - $74.75

E. Electricity. Per day charge.

1. Swede's Dock (regardless of voltage) - $23.34

2. 120v, not on Port Docks - $10.10

3. PD 7 Service Dock - $10.10

4. PD 7 Electricity Surcharge, trucks - $16.93

F. Net & Gear Maintenance. - $29.26

Boat crew is responsible for clean‐up. If Port Employees are required to clean up area, the boat account will be billed at the established hourly labor rate + garbage disposal rate

G. Keys/Cards.

1. Original (1st one) - $28.26

2. Replacement/additional - $50.86

H. Storage.

1. Outside Lot Storage. 

a. Per square foot, monthly charge - $0.36

b. Minimum monthly charge - $32.05

c. Boat trailer only, per night - $3.57

d. Boat on trailer, per night, 10 days limit - $11.37

J.  Wharfage, per pound Squid - $0.04

K. Annual MLA Wait List Fee ‐ Initial - $28.26

Renewal of annual wait list fee (charged annually on July 1 of each year) - $11.30

L. Failure to Register - $155.55

For research related to unregistered boats, Per hour, one hour minimum, in 15 minute increments. Charged at
the established labor rate plus fee

M. Vessel Disposal - Cost + 25%

Vessel owner is reponsible for vessel disposal, if Port is required to dispose of a vessel, the vessel owner will be
charged.

N. Truck Toll, per axle - $8.95

Vehicles with a Commercial Motor Vehicle Classification of Class 6 Or higher (GVWR of 19,501 lbs or above).

O. Pallet Charge, per pallet - $36.30

Any Port owned pallet leaving yard

P. Port Labor

Includes all staff and fully burdened. Per hour, one hour minimum, in 15 minute increments

Regular Hours - $74.75

Any services required outside the established working hours, unless otherwise posted

Overtime - $116.23

Any services requiring a port employee not currently on duty to report to duty after hours, travel time to
and from Port will be charged

Emergency Call-out - $141.45

Q. Disposal Fees

Includes bilge water, anti freeze, fuels, and oil

Recycle Fees - $3.39

Net Disposal and or related gear, per pound - $.30

Garbage, per tote, minimum charge 1 tote - $103.70

R. Clean-up

Fees will be charged for each man-hour at the established labor rate. Equipment charges are extra.

Clean-up Fee, per hour, plus garbage fee - $75.12

Regardless of type, HAZWOPER trained staff.

Spill cleanup, per hour - $136.13

S. Work Barge

Includes equipment and labor

Work Barge without labor - $35.20

Skiff, per hour with labor - $94.10

T. Hoist Docks

Tie up fee, per hour, includes use of hoist

One hour minimum, up to three hours - $54.73

After 3 hours - $65.43

U. Hoist Dock cranes

In addition to hoist dock rate.

Large capacity. Includes equipment and labor, per hour - $133.46

Launch sail boats. Includes recovery, per launch - $62.71

V. Water - City Rate + 7.5%
