F. Line Service. (§V.3).

The Port of Newport has contracted with Pasha Stevedoring to provide line service at the terminal. Those not exempted from lines service at the terminal are required to contact Pasha Stevedoring to arrange lines service, and to attain quotes. Rate schedule per hour, minimum 2 hours required. Handling in excess of 2 hours is billed in 30 minue increments as shown in EXT Time. Cost is the billing rate from Pasha Stevedoring.

Straight Time

G. Labor 

Users of the terminal will be directed to stevedoring services for labor needs that are above and beyond the Port’s currently assigned staff. While the Port has a contract with Pasha Stevedoring for lines service, any stevedore may be used for other labor.

H.  Parking

I. Disposal Fees

Includes bilge water, antifreeze, fuels, and oil

J. Port Labor

Includes all staff and fully burdened. Per hour, one hour minimum, in 15 minute increments.

Any services requiring a port employee not currently on duty to report to duty after hours, travel time to and from Port will be charged.

3. Emergency Call-Out - $141.45

Vehicles with a Commercial Motor Vehicle Classification of Class 6 or higher (GVWR of 19,501 lbs or above)

L. Leased Space

1. Cargo Storage Area (per week) - $2,707.53

O. Forklift Time

Forklift and Labor have a 1 hour minimum, thereafter are billed in 1/2 hour increments. For after hours work, travel time and/or overtime charges may apply.

P. Hoist Docks

Tie up fee, per hour, includes use of hoist.

One hour minumu, up to three hours - $54.73

Q. Hoist Dock Cranes

In addition to hoist dock rate.

Large Capacity. Includes equpment and labor. Per hour - $133.46

R. Pump/Line Service Per hour - $170.06

Includes two Port employees. Additional staff will be billed at the established hourly labor rate, minimum of 15 minutes of staff time (rate begins at time staff leaves the operations builing, two employees typically retie or pump a boat)

S. Work Barge

Includes equipment and labor

1. Work Barge without labor - $35.20

2. Skiff, per hour with labor - $94.10

T. Failure to Register - $155.55

For research related to unregistered boats, per hour, one hour minimum, in 15 minute increments. Charged at the established labor rate plus fee

U. Security Fee - $1,162.84 per day
