The Port has prepared a five-year plan for moorage dock upgrades at both the South Beach and commercial marinas.  First dock on the schedule is H-dock at South Beach.

Work on H-Dock at South Beach has been completed by Port staff.  The dock has new power and water supplies and is capable of handling vessels over 40'. Work on G-Dock is currently underway.  On the commercial side, the Port Dock 5 gangway will be replaced and two 20-inch steel pilings will be installed to suport the new steel header.  Operations staff has assembled a new landing float and it will be launched as a completed unit.  Work is expected to start in November of 2011.
