The Newport Wild Seafood Weekend is a two day celebration of our Northwest's vital wild-caught seafood industry and the fishermen and families who go to sea to harvest it. Taking place at Port Dock 7 of the Port of Newport and on along the Boardwalk on Newport's Historic Bayfront.
Saturday, the 7th annual Great Newport Wild Seafood Cook-Off [ 2 pm to 3:30 pm - 1st Eating; 4 pm to 5:30 pm - 2nd Eating; 5:30 pm - Awards Ceremony] which has fast become one of the most popular culinary events in all of the Northwest. Tickets will be available for sale soon.
The Wild Seafood Market [Sat - 10 am to 6 pm; Sun - 10 am to 4 pm] and Wild Fish Walk [Sat - 11 am, 12 pm, 2 pm, 3 pm; Sun - 10 am, 12 pm, 1 pm, 2 pm] where the public can connect with fishermen and buy direct, fresh wild seafood!
Sunday's The Wild Brunch [Sun - 10 am to 2 pm] will feature a delicious wild seafood dining experience on the Bayfront overlooking Newport's diverse fishing fleet.

The proceeds benefit the Newport Fishermen's Wives Fishing Families Relief Fund.
